The Boat House amenities include hardwood floors throughout; Central air and heat, Double oven and microwave, Dishwasher, TVs with cable, Washer and dryer, linens, VCR/DVD, Internet connection, Stereo/CD and ceiling fans in each room. Also provided are bicycles for beach cruising, as well as bocce balls and croquet for the sports minded. There is ample off-street parking, including a two-car garage.
