your stay at The Boat House, a vacation rental house located on secluded Vilano Beach just three miles north
of St. Augustine, Florida. The Boat House, built in
1916 and recently renovated, is an authentic Florida
beach cottage with unobstructed views of the ocean.
It is an ideal vacation get-away for the entire family
with five bedrooms that sleep 10, and just across the street
from the ocean and minutes away from the historic sites
of St. Augustine.
The Boat House is beautifully
furnished in a nautical theme. An eat-in kitchen,
which can seat ten at the table, is fully equipped
for cooking and dining. There is also a separate
dining room for evening meals or special dinners.
A spacious air conditioned sun porch for relaxing
and entertaining friends is located off the living
room area. The master suite on the first floor has
a queen-size bed, private bathroom, sitting area
and a walk-in closet. Two other bedrooms on the first
floor, one with a queen-size bed, the other with
bunk beds, have an adjoining bathroom. The upstairs
has two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed adjoins
a deck with a view of the ocean and the other, the “Crew’s
Quarters”, has built-in twin beds. There is
also a private bath and sitting area on the second
level.
